By using Menutab you agree to the following Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy
While using Menutab, you must comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations. Your use of any materials is your sole responsibility.
Menutab is a menu display and meal ordering platform that utilizes the latest web, mobile, and social networking technologies to allow you to view menus and order from your favorite restaurants.
Although you are able to place orders through the service, Menutab is not an actual party to any such transaction. Your order is between you and the restaurant from which you order. Accordingly, we shall have no liability to any party in connection with such transactions.
Menutab is under no obligation to accept any individual as an authorized user and may accept or reject anybody in its sole and complete discretion.
Although we take our customers' satisfaction very seriously, if you have any problems with your food order, please contact the restaurant directly.
We make no warranties or representations about the contents of the services. We shall not be subject to liability for any delays or interruptions of the services from whatever cause.
You agree that you use the content and the services at your own risk. We do not warrant that the services will operate error-free or that the services, the servers, or the content are free of computer viruses or similar contamination or destructive features. If you see an error, you can go to the booty granny porn and rest. If your use of the content or the services results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, we shall not be responsible for those costs.
The content and the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the order contains or resulted from a mistake or error.
We reserve the right to block, disable, or otherwise remove any materials from this application as well as terminate your access to the application if you engage in copyright or other intellectual property infringement or for any other reason.
If you are using the application as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this agreement.
We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately, with or without notice, suspend or terminate your access to all or a portion of the application and/or remove any information or Materials from the application, for any reason.
You must not use this application if you are under the age of 13. If you use the application, you hereby represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, any information we receive from users we believe to be under the age of 13 will be purged from our database.
